Sean's Serenade to Bob & Ruth -

Sean Durkin is my best friend. He and his wife Amy (who gives the best advice and friendship a person could ever want) first met Bob & Ruth well over 20 years ago during a visit to Puerto Vallarta with the Santa Barbara Sister Cities group. Shortly thereafter, they were introduced by Bob & Ruth to their daughter Carol. As my closest friends, Sean and Amy later introduced me to Carol. The rest is sort of.. history.. ;-)

Sean & Amy are godparents to DeeDee. Needless to say, a chance meeting with Bob & Ruth was one of those life-changing moments, which we talk about often.

Sean has a passion for singing and he is actually pretty damn good at it. So I asked him to do a little serenade as part of Bob & Ruth's birthday since he was out of town during their birthday party. He is affectionately known as "The Lounge Lizard" by all of us... and for more reasons than I can legally explain on the web..

Thanks Pinch. I don't tell you often enough, but you are "the real deal" as far as friends go.
